Product Manager, AI Transformation & Salesforce (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $141,700–$160,700 per year in CA, WA, NJ, MA, DC, and NYC; $128,800–$146,100 per year in other US locations. Bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Define the product vision and unified roadmap across the AI Transformation and Salesforce teams.
• Prioritize generative AI products, agentic workflows, Salesforce enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Own discovery, requirements, feature prioritization, backlog management, delivery, and adoption activities.
• Coordinate with business units, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders.
• Define and analyze product metrics and communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs to leaders and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing AI/ML-based products and managing complex data, processing, and analysis tasks.
• Demonstrated implementation experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Ability to deliver scalable products in cross-functional and ambiguous environments.
• Strong data-driven product management, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, business, and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, release cycles, and administration or configuration concepts.
