Vice President – Securitized Products

What you will do

• Lead and support Bookrunner transaction execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and closing activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, coordinate investor meetings, and manage rating agency processes.
• Support structuring, origination, pitch development, market analysis, and investor engagement for securitization transactions.
• Build relationships with institutional investors and corporate clients and participate in strategic discussions.
• Manage and mentor junior colleagues while coordinating communication between senior bankers and junior staff.
• Maintain deal pipeline and client interaction data and prepare management reports on business and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or securitization.
• FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
• Working knowledge of securitization products, including ABS, RMBS, and CLOs.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Intex, CAS, or other collateral analytics software; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, communication, client relationship, leadership, mentoring, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• VBA or other programming exposure.
• Experience with equipment, railcar, aviation, whole business, digital infrastructure, or credit-linked securitizations.
