VP, Assistant Branch Manager (Finance)

Location: Huntington Station, NY, United States; onsite at a local retail branch

Salary: USD $85,500–$174,800 per year, plus bonus and performance-based incentive opportunities. Application deadline: September 24, 2026.

What you will do

• Partner with the Branch Manager to execute strategy and support branch business growth.
• Expand client relationships, increase assets, deepen wallet share, and improve market impact.
• Coach, develop, and support branch professionals through clear expectations, feedback, and performance guidance.
• Use active listening and influential communication to address client and employee needs and guide decisions.
• Track performance against key metrics and adapt priorities to changing client needs and market conditions.

Requirements

• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Currently hold or obtain FINRA Series 66, or Series 63/65, license.
• Currently hold or obtain FINRA Series 9 and 10, or Series 8, licenses.
• Currently hold or obtain a Life and Health Insurance license.
• Relevant financial services experience, including client acquisition, relationship growth, and industry knowledge.
• Ability to coach teams, communicate effectively, listen actively, and drive business growth.

Nice to have

• Business development or leadership experience.
• CFP® designation.
