SVP, Capital Markets (Fintech)

Location: Fort Lee, New Jersey, United States; onsite.

Salary: $300,000–$325,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a capital markets strategy for commercial real estate, construction, healthcare, lender finance, and SBA loan portfolios.
• Build sustainable distribution channels and improve balance sheet efficiency, liquidity management, and portfolio growth.
• Develop relationships with institutional investors, life insurance companies, pension funds, REITs, GSEs, CMBS conduits, and banks.
• Structure and execute forward-flow whole loan sales, participations, securitizations, and other capital markets transactions.
• Partner with originations, credit, legal, compliance, finance, treasury, and portfolio management teams to support execution.
• Monitor CRE capital markets trends, investor appetite, and pricing dynamics while managing regulatory and execution risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets.
• Established relationships with institutional investors, life insurance companies, CMBS conduits, banks, and other capital sources.
• Experience executing loan sales, participations, or securitizations and working with transaction parties, including rating agencies.
• Deep knowledge of CRE fundamentals, credit analysis, loan structuring, pricing mechanics, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience building scalable programs and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field preferred; willingness to travel required.
