Senior Recruiter, Field Operations

Location: Atlanta, United States — Hybrid

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Source top talent in a highly competitive market.
• Partner with the founders, principal recruiter, and operations team to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality, holistic candidate experience.
• Use networking, events, marketing, and other innovative sourcing techniques to attract talent.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting field operations talent, including operators and technicians.
• Experience using Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience working in fast-growing, rapidly scaling startups.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Atlanta.
