Events Lead

Location: Remote, based in London, United Kingdom; global travel required for on-site event execution when needed

Salary: £75,000–£95,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK events strategy in support of brand and business goals.
• Oversee international event concepts and delivery with regional leads, from flagship London events to creator gatherings in other markets.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including concept development, promotion, production, on-site coordination, and press and social amplification.
• Guide partnership leads, agencies, vendors, freelancers, and contractors in delivering market-specific events.
• Manage the UK events budget, measurement framework, ROI tracking, and international operating processes.
• Design scalable event formats that preserve creative quality and authenticity across territories.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in experiential event marketing and production, including significant managerial experience.
• Experience building and scaling event strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic, organizational, communication, storytelling, and execution skills.
• A deep network of creative, production, and experiential agencies and vendors.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and working in startup environments.
• Availability to travel globally for on-site event execution when required.
