Growth Marketer

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Netherlands, or United States

Salary: €40,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do

• Define growth objectives with management and help scale the Studio app for authors.
• Implement referral campaigns and user advocacy programs across the existing ecosystem.
• Build the top of the funnel through affiliates, influencers, brand partnerships, and publication partnerships.
• Collaborate with the content team on social media content and organize events.
• Reach new audiences and test unproven community growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in growth or product marketing at a fast-paced startup.
• Knowledge of the craft of writing through personal experience or studies.
• Experience writing branded social media and email content.
• Experience creating and editing mobile video.
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and report performance data.

Nice to have

• Experience developing a creative project such as a book, blog, or product.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Ambition, willingness to learn, and a good sense of humor.
