Recruiting Intern (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California; fully in-person in a shared hacker-house with the founding team. Relocation to San Francisco is required, and visa sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end candidate relationships and maintain a responsive, high-quality candidate experience.
• Source, screen, and engage exceptional talent for startup roles.
• Coordinate introductions between candidates and founders or hiring managers.
• Optimize recruiting workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes.
• Collaborate with the founding team on operations, growth, and platform initiatives.
• Support social media and content efforts for candidate and company acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed before the internship start date.
• At least 3 months of internship or professional experience in consulting, sales, startups, venture capital, or another fast-paced environment.
• Ownership of initiatives, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Evidence of high academic achievement or exceptional project output.
• Comfort working in an informal, entrepreneurial team with a flat structure and rapid feedback loops.
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, work on-site in a shared hacker-house, and commit to a 6-day work week.

Nice to have

• Recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate relationship management experience.
• Familiarity with the VC-backed startup ecosystem and hiring practices.
• Experience with workflow automation, process optimization, social media, or content creation.
