Senior Change Management Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, Vienna, or Winchester, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $96,900–$141,600 annually

What you will do

• Develop and lead change management strategies and plans for complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assess change impacts, readiness, adoption, and risks across multiple business units.
• Align executive communications and key messaging with change strategies in partnership with Communications.
• Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to project teams, leaders, and frontline employees.
• Lead retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions while mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, PMO, and other stakeholders to support enterprise priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of change frameworks such as ADKAR and Kotter.
• Experience managing change in large-scale initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic communication, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled change tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Prosci or equivalent certification.
