Senior Functional Consultant (IFS Copperleaf)

Location: Must be based in the United States; travel approximately 25–40% to customer sites across North America. Hybrid work opportunities are available.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client interface for large and complex Copperleaf implementations.
• Understand and articulate customer requirements while leveraging internal expertise to design effective solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements scoping through system customization, integration, and user training.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and customers throughout implementation projects.
• Collaborate with customers at sites across the North America region.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to travel approximately 25–40% across North America.
• 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally in asset management, analytics, or software development and implementation.
• Customer-facing consulting skills, including influencing, advising, mediation, and scope management.
• Experience driving internal and external teams through project rollouts lasting from three months to one year.
• Knowledge of software deployment technologies, networks, databases, business processes, and operational research techniques.
• Technical degree in engineering or a related field, with experience serving large industrial organizations such as utilities, oil and gas, or transport and rail companies.
