Leader Effectiveness Consultant

Location: Remote from the USA, working from a home office; estimated quarterly travel to Dearborn, MI or Tampa, FL

Annual salary: $90,000–$130,000, with annual bonus potential based on performance.

What you will do

• Own the action-planning enablement approach, including plan-quality standards, leader guidance, and support resources.
• Provide tiered enablement through targeted coaching, leader working sessions, and scalable self-service tools.
• Help leaders translate employee listening results into clear commitments, owners, and follow-through plans.
• Monitor action-plan adoption, quality indicators, and follow-through patterns, recommending improvements and escalation when appropriate.
• Partner with Organizational Intelligence and Culture Systems teams to turn insights into recommended actions and reliable tracking workflows.
• Build reusable job aids, playbooks, and templates and integrate leader practices into broader change efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business, or a related field required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Six years of experience in leader enablement, organizational development, coaching, change management, or internal consulting required.
• Experience designing scalable enablement systems and influencing behavior across a large leader population preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, written toolkit development, and leader-facing communication skills.
• Ability to translate data and feedback into practical leader actions and standards.
• Comfort with accountability mechanisms and quality assurance in a constructive, leader-supportive manner.
