Affiliated Distribution Intern – Summer 2027 (Insurance)

Location: Montpelier, Vermont, United States; onsite core days Monday through Thursday, with four days per week expected in the office.

Hourly pay: $19–$28 USD.

What you will do

• Collect and assess learning evaluation results and tracking metrics.
• Support internal marketing and communication plans for programs and initiatives.
• Assist Key Account Managers supporting agents’ sales activities.
• Conduct business analytics and industry research with cross-functional teams.
• Research potential markets and turn data-driven insights into strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to special projects and other assigned activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Business Management.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.00.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, learning agility, and ability to manage competing demands.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
