Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD annual base salary, localized according to employee work location.

What you will do

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program, including metrics, operating models, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans and drive execution with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.
• Build monitoring mechanisms that identify product and operational issues before users report them.
• Manage vendors and partners, including SLA performance, escalations, and negotiations.
• Own support and dispute operations, complaint monitoring, and support tooling, or lead identity verification, onboarding, and growth operations.
• Design experiments and initiatives that improve adoption, retention, trust, deposits, bill-pay adoption, acquisition, and dispute-resolution SLAs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in high-growth technology, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support decisions with data.
• Comfort pulling SQL and modeling in Excel.
• Curiosity, drive, ownership, and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
