Analytics Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Apply strategic thinking and analytics to solve complex, unstructured consumer finance problems.
• Develop real-world use cases such as digital marketing campaigns, lending decisions, application assignment, and customer support options.
• Create technical solutions that improve business decision-making, customer experience, and shareholder returns.
• Work on a project that may be deployed in the market rather than a simulated academic exercise.
• Collaborate with peers, share knowledge, and contribute to a diverse team culture.
• Work with an early-career analyst, managers, and senior business and credit leaders throughout the analytic project.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student expected to graduate in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Enrolled in an analytic degree discipline such as business, finance, engineering, statistics, biostatistics, physics, economics, operations research, data analysis, or computer science.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
• Proven experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex projects.
