Financial Operations Services Analyst - Leadership Excellence Analyst Program (Banking Operations)

Location: In office at 800 Prides Crossing, Newark, Delaware, US 19713

Salary: $24.46–$36.69 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across Banking and Investment Services functions.
• Support trading, payments, new accounts, client service, risk, controls, strategy, and transformation initiatives.
• Work with payment platforms including Zelle, wires, checks, ACH, and real-time payments.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on business growth, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
• Develop knowledge of banking systems, risk management principles, internal controls, data analytics, automation, and agile delivery.
• Build business, financial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on work and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Leadership, relationship-building, multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Interest in banking is preferred.
• Regular reporting to the designated City National office is an essential function of the role.
