What you will do

• Develop and maintain claims reporting platforms, dashboards, scorecards, and monthly legal and operational reporting packages.
• Use Power BI, Cognos, Excel, legal platforms, and claims databases to support reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Analyze law firm and litigation support vendor performance, identify trends, and recommend cost and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare tables, charts, graphs, and executive summaries for Claims and Executive Leadership.
• Document data extraction, cleaning, and analysis processes; create user procedures and train Claims teams and new system users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and assess the impact of technology changes on Claims processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of claims financial and transactional platforms and databases.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or claims management platforms.
• Expert proficiency in standard business software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Property and casualty insurance industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of experience developing analytics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
