AI Literacy Manager

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide AI literacy programs, certification initiatives, and large-scale social learning events.
• Develop training materials and tailored education programs covering AI fundamentals, responsible AI, and human-AI collaboration.
• Partner with product, technology, communications, Corporate Affairs, learning, and responsible AI teams to scale adoption.
• Design change enablement initiatives and identify role-specific opportunities to integrate AI into business workflows.
• Organize AI Symposiums, Digital Learning Days, hackathons, and related engagement campaigns.
• Define and report adoption, engagement, capability, and business impact metrics to continuously improve programs.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 5 years of AI or technology education or go-to-market experience, or a master’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale AI or technology transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Background in learning and development, adult learning theory, learning experience design, or technology-focused education.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce executive-level content and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering programs independently and collaboratively.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to build Custom GPTs, workspace agents, and other automations.

Nice to have

• Agile, PMP, or Prosci certification.
• Experience in biopharma, technology, AI, software development, or IT delivery.
• Knowledge of enterprise learning ecosystems, layered literacy models, role-based enablement, and AI product go-to-market strategies.
• Experience developing AI-enabled chatbots, knowledge assistants, retrieval-based guidance tools, workflow copilots, or other interactive guidance mechanisms.
• Background in human-centered design, service design, product management, UX research, or responsible AI.
