What you will do

• Lead strategic planning initiatives supporting long-term business growth and organizational objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, business performance, and emerging AI technologies.
• Develop financial models, business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses for AI investments, partnerships, and innovation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across Product, Technology, Data, Architecture, Risk, and Commercial teams.
• Design operating models, governance frameworks, planning processes, KPIs, and performance measures.
• Serve as the primary business stakeholder for strategic AI initiatives and mentor team members in planning, financial analysis, and business modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, product management, or business analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, copilots, agentic technologies, reasoning models, or workflow automation tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, enterprise transformation, AI governance, LLMs, RAG, and technology partnerships.
