Location: Spokane, Washington, United States. Territory includes Eastern Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana; domestic travel and overnight stays are required. Relocation assistance may be available.
Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700, plus a sales incentive bonus. Initial sales training is salary non-exempt and eligible for overtime; the role becomes overtime-exempt after certification.

What you will do
- Promote 's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers, specialists, institutions, and organized customers.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of products, disease management, and relevant scientific information.
- Assess account and market landscapes and create strategic territory, account, and customer plans.
- Generate demand within assigned accounts and maintain relationships across hospitals, practices, managed care organizations, and institutions.
- Build relationships with oncology thought leaders and key opinion leaders while addressing customer needs with appropriate resources.
- Work across a matrix organization to overcome access challenges, influence customers, and deliver commercial results.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience with influential oncology customers.
- Valid US driver's license and a driving record meeting company standards; a DUI/DWI or impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies candidates.
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed.
- Demonstrated success, business acumen, scientific communication ability, customer relationship skills, and proficiency with complex digital applications.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer and hold permanent US work authorization. US work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of oncology sales experience and experience in hematology.
- Master's degree or advanced healthcare professional degree.
- Experience working with institutions, NCI centers, and key opinion leaders.
