Technical Delivery Lead (Fintech)

Location: In office at 350 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $99,000–$176,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Manage multiple highly complex, long-term technology projects, programs, and portfolios with firm-wide business and technology impact.
• Lead technology project governance structures, delivery plans, schedules, scope, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small group of Technology Project Manager resources.
• Coordinate project teams across diverse technologies and business divisions to deliver agreed stakeholder outcomes.
• Plan and execute strategy-aligned activities, annual planning, goal tracking, and progress reporting.
• Provide oversight for strategic planning, continuous improvement, technology culture transformation, and related divisional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing highly complex technical projects involving large teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical program and/or portfolio manager.
• Extensive knowledge of program and portfolio management methodologies, project management tools, and delivery techniques.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create complex MS Project plans, MS PowerPoint presentations, and Excel workbooks.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Agile Scrum Master certification and at least two years of Agile Scrum Master experience.
• Industry knowledge supporting technology design and vendor product selection.
