Salary: $95,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and advance a consistent approach to IT project and portfolio management across projects of varying scope, budget, and complexity.
• Implement and guide PMO processes, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee project management staff and enterprise-wide programs involving implementation partners.
• Develop, monitor, and report project and portfolio metrics, including performance baselines and continuous-improvement indicators.
• Direct executive reporting and operational reviews using reflective, diagnostic, and predictive metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in progressively responsible leadership roles.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide implementations involving implementation partners.
• Experience in financial services is required; mortgage industry experience is a plus.
