Salary: $96,267–$126,351 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Design and optimize research programs for next-generation in-vivo CAR-T therapies.
• Isolate immune cells from healthy donors or patients and evaluate in-vivo CAR viruses using in-vitro assays and mouse models.
• Conduct solid-tumor research using cell culture, transfection, flow cytometry, and cell-based functional assays.
• Produce, titer, and characterize engineered viral particles using protein, PCR, flow-based, and VCN assays.
• Manage critical research data in an organized manner, including electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Present results to internal research groups and other audiences while maintaining GLP and EHS compliance.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in cell and gene therapy; in-vivo CAR-T experience is preferred.
• Extensive experience with immune-cell analytics, advanced multiparameter flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays, and cytokine-release ELISA/MSD multiplex assays.
• Experience with lentivirus production, characterization, quantification, titration, and transduction, including molecular VCN and flow-based assays.
• Working knowledge of molecular and cellular biology, modified viral vectors, and gene-delivery technologies such as LVV, VLP, or LNP.

• Experience with solid-tumor models and in-vivo cell-specific gene delivery.
• Publications or patents demonstrating research productivity.
• Deep understanding of immunology, immunotherapy, and solid-tumor models.
