What you will do

• Design and execute sophisticated in vitro experiments to validate and characterize therapeutic agents and targets for prostate cancer programs.
• Generate preclinical data packages supporting drug discovery programs and IND readiness for First-In-Human studies.
• Perform cell biology techniques including cell culture, western blotting, qPCR, cell proliferation assays, flow cytometry/FACS, CRISPR gene knockout, lentiviral transduction, and cell imaging.
• Analyze, prepare, and present data to internal stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
• Run multiple experiments independently, contribute to other projects, and align work with scientific strategies.
• Track prostate cancer research literature and communicate scientific findings clearly.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in progressively advanced biological research duties.
• Strong cell biology and assay development skills.
• Robust background in cancer biology and drug discovery, including screening and characterization of biologic and small-molecule leads.
• Experience with GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, record-keeping, communication, and data presentation skills.
• Ability to work in an onsite, laboratory-based role in Spring House, Pennsylvania.
