Senior Associate Scientist (Immuno-Oncology)

What you will do

• Develop cell-based assays using primary and engineered mammalian cells to evaluate drug candidates.
• Design and perform experiments screening and characterizing preclinical and clinical candidates in immuno-oncology.
• Perform mammalian cell culture, generate stable cell lines, and isolate primary cells.
• Apply flow cytometry and run reporter and cytotoxicity functional assays.
• Analyze data, explore scientific questions, and present findings in cross-functional meetings.
• Collaborate across multiple projects and therapeutic areas while learning new techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree.
• Knowledge of immunology, protein biology, and mammalian cell culture techniques.
• Ability to manage experiments and data analysis across diverse projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate effectively within a large team.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, organization, and flexibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with in-vitro T-cell characterization, including functional and antigen-binding assays.
• Experience with cell-based assays, immunoassays, flow cytometry, plate readers, and basic molecular biology.
• High-throughput screening experience and familiarity with liquid handlers.
