Company

hirify.global is a biotechnology company developing medicines across oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery and translational biology for an immune-targeting therapeutic platform focused on autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
  • Design and execute in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo studies assessing immune-cell activity, target-cell depletion, immune pharmacology, and response durability.
  • Develop functional immune-cell assays, co-culture systems, cytotoxicity assays, and pharmacodynamic readouts.
  • Build translational biology capabilities covering immune-cell profiling, biodistribution, and pharmacodynamic biomarker development.
  • Integrate experimental datasets to guide platform optimization, candidate selection, and preclinical program progression.
  • Collaborate across discovery biology, protein engineering, delivery sciences, in vivo pharmacology, and translational safety while presenting scientific conclusions.

Requirements

  • PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 5 years or a bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in drug discovery or academic settings.
  • Deep expertise in lymphocyte biology, immune effector mechanisms, and immunology-related research, with more than 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in in vitro and ex vivo immunology, primary immune-cell assays, co-culture systems, immune-mediated cytotoxicity or target-cell depletion assays, and high-parameter flow cytometry.
  • Experience with preclinical mouse models, immune-cell profiling, pharmacodynamic responses, and mechanism-of-action studies.
  • Strong scientific communication, documentation, laboratory management, collaboration, and project coordination skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ELISA, MSD, single-cell RNA sequencing, CRISPR/Cas9, omics data analysis, and small- or large-molecule drug discovery.
  • Publications in high-impact journals and a record of independent scientific contributions.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative, innovative, science-based working environment.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Retirement and savings plan with company contributions, stock-based incentives, and an annual bonus program.
