Senior Manager, Technology Operations - eCommerce Payments Fraud (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution for medium- to high-complexity payment fraud and risk initiatives.
• Oversee fraud controls for credit and debit cards and wallet tenders including hirify.global Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
• Track milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, launch readiness, and post-launch validation.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and build consensus across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
• Monitor performance through metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to identify fraud trends and business impact.
• Prepare leadership updates and maintain fraud requirements and operating procedures in Confluence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technology or business operations, fraud and risk, payments, eCommerce, or program execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of related experience, or 7 years of project, program, or operations management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience defining initiative goals, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify control gaps, escalate issues, and support root-cause analysis for fraud or payment incidents.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
