Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide financial concierge services and excellent customer support to walk-in customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow customer relationships through sales processes, follow-up programs, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers on bank products, services, mobile tools, and online banking.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales; relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience may qualify.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, communication, and presentation.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
