Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

Location: Savage, Minnesota, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide welcoming, accurate, and efficient customer service to walk-in customers.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-up programs, outbound calls, referrals, and partner collaboration.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, communication, presentation, or relationship management.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking tools.
