Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States; in-office

Salary: $70,125–$116,875 base salary per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial well-being initiatives.
• Acquire consumer and business households through consultative selling, business development, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Coach the branch team to deliver consistent, technology-enabled customer interactions and resolve client issues effectively.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch employees through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience; a degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage people, multiple priorities, customer relationships, and business results.
• Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass required background checks.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
