What you will do

• Support the delivery of process solutions to IOPS.
• Contribute to laboratory and process validation report packages.
• Assist with root cause analysis of process-related deviations using scientific, data-driven rationale.
• Participate in cross-functional technical and laboratory investigations.
• Prepare knowledge-based reports on studies, investigations, and process improvements.
• Present findings and maintain accurate records according to site procedures.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• For the Process Scientist level: a BSc with 2 years of experience or an MSc with 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, written, and report-writing skills.
• Logical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.
