Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing IT

Location: Hybrid in-office role based at the Miami corporate campus; Monday through Thursday in the South Florida office and Fridays from home. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

What you will do

• Execute strategic sourcing events for assigned IT categories, including hardware, software, telecommunications, cloud, and professional services.
• Negotiate renewals, statements of work, order forms, and mid-size SaaS and subscription agreements.
• Manage contract intake, approvals, lifecycle execution, data integrity, and policy compliance across sourcing and procurement systems.
• Prepare RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs; build bid comparisons, total-cost models, benchmarks, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cybersecurity, data privacy, AI governance, insurance, tax, and third-party risk reviews.
• Support supplier performance management, savings tracking, tool rationalization, and quality review of analyst and contractor work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, finance, business administration, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3–5 years with a master’s or advanced degree.
• Experience in sourcing or purchasing, preferably in a complex or multi-entity environment, with hands-on use of sourcing and procurement systems.
• Knowledge of technology contracts, enterprise software licensing, SaaS commercial models, data privacy, cybersecurity, and third-party risk requirements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, project management, organizational, communication, and supplier relationship skills.
• Advanced Excel is required; familiarity with Power BI, GovernX, Coupa, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, market intelligence platforms, and Microsoft 365 Copilot is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• CPM, CIPS, CPSM, ITIL, or Software Asset Management certification, or progress toward certification.
• Experience with AI/GenAI contracting considerations, including data usage rights, intellectual property, indemnity, and AI governance.
• Experience supporting sourcing across multiple brands and jurisdictions.
