Senior Data Analytics Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Deliver performance summaries, trend analyses, and visualization dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Identify repetitive analytics tasks and design AI-assisted workflows for data intake, SQL automation, reporting, and QA checklists.
• Manage, mentor, and prioritize workloads for analysts while improving their SQL, visualization, and practical AI skills.
• Translate complex analyses, requirements, and stakeholder feedback into executive-ready presentations, summaries, and action plans for C-level executives.
• Analyze web traffic, email, and app engagement, including click-through rates, retention, re-engagement, A/B testing, ROI, and behavior segmentation.
• Deploy workflow assistants and knowledge-retrieval agents, validate AI-generated outputs, protect data privacy, and maintain version control.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on analytical experience solving complex business and web-behavior problems.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and prioritizing work for other analysts.
• 4+ years of highly proficient SQL experience and 3+ years creating and optimizing Tableau workbooks.
• Advanced Excel skills, data warehousing knowledge, and extensive experience with digital marketing and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding tools, and human-in-the-loop automated workflows.
• Strong communication, business judgment, and understanding of data security, privacy, and regulatory boundaries when using generative AI with business datasets.
