TL;DR

Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A): Supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis across a complex organization with an accent on financial modeling, variance analysis, and business partnership. Focus on developing scenario models, explaining performance drivers, improving reporting processes, and providing decision support to Finance and business leadership.

Location: CA-Beverly Hills - 9601 Wilshire

Salary: $82,500–$110,000 annually

What you will do

Support annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, planning templates, and scenario analyses.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting covering revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, headcount, and operating expenses.
Analyze variances, business drivers, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends for Finance leadership.
Partner with business units to evaluate performance, improve profitability, manage costs, and support strategic decisions.
Improve FP&A processes, automate recurring reporting, standardize methodologies, and support Finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
4–7 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of P&L statements, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

Experience in a complex, multi-business-unit organization.
Experience with financial planning and reporting systems, ERP platforms, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
Experience supporting senior Finance or business leadership.
Experience in media, entertainment, talent, fashion, licensing, or professional services.
