Channel & Partner Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States — Remote; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD annually, plus a 10% target annual performance bonus and equity through stock options.

What you will do

• Build and execute channel and partner marketing strategy focused on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Develop integrated joint go-to-market campaigns with VARs, resellers, distributors, systems integrators, cloud partners, technology alliances, MSPs/MSSPs, and public sector partners.
• Create account-based campaigns, partner content, campaign kits, enablement materials, value propositions, webinars, workshops, events, and field programs.
• Work with Sales, Partnerships, Public Sector, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering to support complex enterprise and government opportunities.
• Manage MDF and co-marketing investments from planning through execution, follow-up, and ROI measurement.
• Establish reporting for pipeline, qualified opportunities, revenue influence, partner activation, campaign conversion, event performance, and program ROI.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required because of work supporting U.S. Department of Defense and other federal customers.
• 5+ years of direct channel, partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing experience, including current or recent ownership of substantially similar work.
• Demonstrated experience marketing to, with, and through enterprise technology partners and generating measurable opportunities and pipeline.
• Experience with partner GTM plans, demand generation, ABM, content, enablement, events, webinars, MDF/co-marketing budgets, and ROI measurement.
• Strong understanding of B2B enterprise technology sales, complex sales cycles, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent; strong written, verbal, analytical, and technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity channel or partner marketing experience, particularly in cloud security, DevSecOps, CNAPP, container security, vulnerability management, or software supply chain security.
• Experience with U.S. Federal or Public Sector technology partners and government-focused VARs, distributors, and systems integrators.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, containers, SBOMs, CVEs, and cloud-native security.
• Experience scaling a partner marketing function at a high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise technology company.
