Senior Event Marketing Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the United States; hybrid schedule available for candidates near the global headquarters in Chicago. Travel to domestic events up to 20% of the time is required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation events across the Americas, including major conferences, trade shows, and flagship events.
• Develop marketing plans for corporate, public sector, and demand generation events.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, design, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders on event execution.
• Manage event logistics, inventory, booth design, vendor negotiations, budgets, and on-site coordination.
• Track event-sourced pipeline and report ROI against demand generation targets.
• Maintain event calendars, support sales teams, and identify opportunities to improve event marketing strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Experience leading large-scale conferences and trade shows as well as smaller events.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel domestically up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for event-related lead tracking and follow-up.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
