Senior Finance Manager & Assistant Treasurer (Energy)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; work is performed at field and office locations, with travel to hirify.global field locations.

Salary: $165,000–$210,000 annual, plus an opportunity for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 30% of eligible pay.

hirify.global Energy produces and trades oil, gas, power, liquefied natural gas, and carbon credits, with US onshore assets in South Texas and operations supporting the energy transition.

What you will do

• Lead annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage reserve-based lending and commodity hedging programs to strengthen financial stability and mitigate risk.
• Build and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity for daily operations and capital development initiatives.
• Oversee insurance policy renewals, compliance, and surety bond programs.
• Perform financial analysis supporting growth opportunities, capital investments, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in exploration and production.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
• Work at field and office locations in the Denver area and travel to hirify.global field locations may be required.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CFA or CPA.
• Corporate industry experience in exploration and production.
