What you will do

• Provide strategic financial counsel and develop, evaluate, implement, and integrate financial strategies.
• Analyze current and future financial trends, budgets, performance, and confidential financial studies.
• Support annual budgeting, current-year analysis, and five-year forecasting through financial modeling and management reporting.
• Lead complex financial evaluations, projects, process improvements, and business solutions.
• Present financial insights to business-area leaders and senior leadership.
• Guide, review, and support the development of Financial Analysts while helping manage organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of experience in general financial accounting, reporting, or analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with financial analysis, economic modeling, financial process controls, and problem solving.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and interface with all levels of management.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
