Regional Facilities Manager

Location: Remote, based out of Georgia (Atlanta), Florida, or South Carolina. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 USD annually, plus bonus and benefits.

hirify.global manages a regional portfolio of properties requiring coordinated facilities operations, asset preservation, and site-level leadership.

What you will do

• Own regional facilities performance, preventive maintenance compliance, asset health, work-order outcomes, and operational stability.
• Lead, coach, and develop Facilities Managers through KPI reviews, performance discussions, succession planning, and corrective action planning.
• Design and enforce regional workflows, standards, SOPs, reporting practices, and accountability processes.
• Oversee HVAC, appliances, life-safety systems, building infrastructure, asset tracking, lifecycle planning, and maintenance documentation.
• Partner on budgets, forecasts, vendor strategy, repair projects, compliance work, and capital project execution.
• Conduct structured site visits, assess facilities and leadership alignment, and define priorities, ownership, timelines, and follow-up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance management, or operations experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience leading people, multi-site operations, and large projects.
• Broad facilities knowledge, with trade expertise preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management, CMMS, and performance analytics tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to access roofs, mechanical rooms, maintenance areas, stairs, uneven surfaces, outdoor environments, construction areas, and mechanical spaces; ability to lift and carry 50 lb or more.

Nice to have

• IFMA FMP or equivalent certification.
• Technical trade school education.
• 1–2+ years of capital project management experience.
• 2–3 years of compliance and life-safety expertise.
• Multifamily or commercial facilities experience.
