Facility Maintenance Manager

Location: On-site in Aurora, Colorado, United States. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; some weekend and evening work is required.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage facility and warehouse equipment maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, glycol, and warehouse automation systems.
• Plan, budget, schedule, and document maintenance, facility modifications, inspections, and building projects.
• Lead maintenance and security teams, assign preventive maintenance and repair work, and provide coaching and direction.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, service contracts, materials receiving, invoices, and quality reviews.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and support warehouse technology and IT equipment.
• Oversee safety programs, parking areas, receiving areas, public access, and security gates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or 4–8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of supervisory experience directing a multifunctional team.
• Facility and maintenance experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to work with external vendors and contractors.
• Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds and work in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions.

Nice to have

• HVAC, CFM, NEC, or PSP certification.
