Account Manager (Waste Services)

hirify.global is a large environmental services company providing recycling, waste, special waste, hazardous waste, and field services across North America.

What you will do

• Maintain and retain existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers through long-term relationships.
• Sell additional hirify.global products and increase penetration within the assigned customer base.
• Manage contract renewals, cancellation requests, pricing communications, customer emails, rate restrictions, and credits.
• Use Salesforce daily to document calls, meetings, proposals, and other account activities.
• Partner with operations to resolve customer service issues and participate in trade shows, chamber events, and company-sponsored activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, renew contracts, and sell a full range of services.
