What you will do
- Drive an assigned route of large- and small-format off-premise retail accounts.
- Manage customer relationships and identify ongoing product needs.
- Increase product sales, inventory, cooler space, displays, and in-store branding.
- Evaluate competitor launches and price reductions.
- Maintain clean, functional equipment and ensure proper product rotation and freshness.
- Collaborate across the organization, share best practices, and contribute to peer success.
Requirements
- Valid US driver's license required.
- DOT Medical Card must be obtained.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
- Experience in sales, account management, or direct-store delivery is a plus.
- Travel: 0–10%.
