Specialist - Employee Experience

What you will do

• Support new-hire onboarding and help employees feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employees before joining and throughout the early employee lifecycle.
• Conduct focus groups, gather employee feedback, and report insights to departmental leaders.
• Coordinate training engagement, orientation programs, presentations, and Voice of Employee communications.
• Maintain class lists and data trackers, monitor KPIs, and identify at-risk training classes.
• Coordinate employee follow-up, photo ID validation, rewards and recognition, and onboarding compliance activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for a Work@Home role.
• Ability to support onboarding, employee engagement, and new-hire orientation activities.
• Ability to communicate with employees by phone, email, and text.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee data and meet key performance indicators.
• Ability to promote teamwork, provide guidance, and deliver high-quality internal and external service.
