What you will do

• Spread, manage, and maintain financial information for current and prospective customers.
• Analyze borrower financials, collateral, and compliance data to assess lending risk.
• Prepare credit studies, sensitivity analyses, credit department reports, and action plans.
• Work with clients to resolve compliance issues and operational inquiries while updating bank systems.
• Collaborate with internal bank groups on treasury management products, foreign exchange instruments, derivatives, legal documents, and loan packages.
• Monitor loan disbursements and coordinate reporting with field auditors, appraisers, and other third parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Completion of an accounting course.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Interest in commercial banking and the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• Entry-level speaking and writing communication skills.
