2027 Commercial Banking Full-Time Analyst Training Program (Healthcare Specialty Lending)

Location: Chicago, IL; on-site full-time

Salary: $77,500 annually, with potential eligibility for incentive compensation and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Complete a three-month training program covering sales, professional branding, negotiation, accounting, finance, credit analysis, business writing, financial modeling, and computer skills.
• Work alongside experienced commercial healthcare bankers and build business partnerships with clients.
• Prepare credit requests and underwrite credit transactions across lines of business.
• Analyze financial information and statements and identify risks associated with commercial loans.
• Support relationship managers with healthcare deals, risk management initiatives, and product initiatives.
• Develop product knowledge in financing, treasury management, private banking, and derivatives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, credit analysis, financial modeling, business writing, and relevant computer skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information, financial statements, commercial loans, and credit risks.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to clients, employees, and communities.
• Goal-oriented, curious, relationship-focused, and collaborative approach.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States at the specified location is required; the position does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week and an anticipated start date in early July 2027.
