Senior Product Manager (Systems)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, including bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own backend and operational systems supporting business growth, including lead ingestion, partner integrations, internal tools, and workflow automation.
• Partner with senior engineers to define requirements for APIs, integrations, data flows, and scalable system improvements.
• Improve lead validation, normalization, deduplication, routing, error handling, and integration health.
• Translate ambiguous operational problems into specifications, MVPs, tradeoffs, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Build visibility into system health, failures, edge cases, and operational bottlenecks.
• Work with Operations and business stakeholders to reduce manual work and design reliable workflows.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience focused on backend, operational, or systems-oriented products.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, data flows, internal tools, and workflow automation.
• Ability to define system requirements, success metrics, instrumentation, and measurable outcomes.
• Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs, data quality, reliability, and system health with engineering teams.
• Active use of AI tools for research, discovery, documentation, prototyping, analysis, and execution.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
