People Partner (HRBP) Expert - Mexico City

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work model with expected office presence, especially during ramp-up or when required by the leader

What you will do

• Lead the people strategy for the global Engineering and Data organization.
• Partner with Engineering leadership on talent planning, attraction, retention, and organizational development.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection, from profile definition through final offer.
• Advise managers on people management, performance metrics, feedback, and team effectiveness.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and support an inclusive employee experience.
• Manage HR indicators and People Analytics processes using BambooHR and related tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles supporting Engineering and Data.
• Experience in fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or high-growth technology companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and talent hunting for Engineering and Data positions.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach.
• Fluent English and advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar ATS required.

Nice to have

• Experience with employer branding strategies.
• Analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python.
• Experience or interest in AI tools for workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Brazilian talent and people operations market trends.
