What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and translate business strategies into HR priorities and initiatives.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, GBS, and scalable HR programs.
• Lead workforce planning, talent planning, succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
• Use HR analytics and metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and performance outcomes to support decisions.
• Lead organizational change, transformation, continuous improvement, headcount planning, budgeting, and organizational design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Partner or HR leadership role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
• Experience leading, developing, and scaling HR teams.
• Strong business acumen, communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development practices.
• High integrity, ethical judgment, conscious leadership, and emotional intelligence.
