What you will do
- Set and execute talent agendas connecting business priorities with organization design, workforce strategy, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead organization and operating model decisions across a complex matrix while supporting growth, innovation, transformation, and disciplined execution.
- Build integrated strategies for succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, retention, capability building, and talent pipeline health.
- Lead people, organization, and culture strategies for business and enterprise transformations, including adoption, risk management, and outcome measurement.
- Advise and coach senior leaders on business, talent, culture, workforce, and leadership decisions.
- Use data, analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improve decision quality, productivity, communication, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Progressive HR or business leadership experience, including senior-level HR business partnership, organization effectiveness, talent strategy, or transformation leadership.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and translating business strategy into people outcomes in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
- Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership effectiveness, culture, capability building, and change leadership.
- Strong analytical, business, and storytelling skills, with experience using data, external insights, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Strong business mindset and strategic thinking.
