TL;DR
Human Resources Business Partner (Medtech): Partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic people solutions for commercial, ITCI, and enabling functions with an accent on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Focus on interpreting workforce analytics, leading performance and succession processes, coaching leaders through employee relations and change management, and supporting a 250+ associate population.

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
- Use workforce insights and people data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and associate development initiatives.
- Coach leaders on employee relations, change management, organizational effectiveness, and people-related decisions.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Services teams to implement enterprise HR initiatives and improve the associate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting commercial organizations.
- Experience with performance management, talent management, engagement, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Strong workforce analytics, stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and ability to work onsite in Mexico City, Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
