HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Reynosa, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Lead performance management, career development, employee relations, and other core HR processes.
• Advise Reynosa leaders on organizational development, operational efficiency, HR policies, and people practices.
• Support managers in attracting, developing, and retaining talent and in building high-performing teams.
• Support ethics, education, compliance, and employment-law processes, including required follow-up and reporting.
• Lead payroll and daily and weekly time-and-attendance processes.
• Track HR KPIs and monthly metrics and coordinate integration, culture, and employee events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of validated experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Required experience with HRIS systems, Workday, and TRESS.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, payroll, and time-and-attendance processes.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate English is preferred.
